We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your product, simply return it for a prompt and courteous exchange, credit, or refund (jewelry only) of the merchandise purchase price. You will need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Jewelry
All our jewelry has a 30 day return policy unless it is a clearance item. All clearance items are final sales.
Please note, many of our jewelry pieces are unique items and may only be exchangeable for a similar item.
Cosmetic products
All cosmetic products must be return within 14 days of receiving for a store credit or exchange ONLY. No refunds on cosmetic products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and items inside and contact us as soon as possible.
Please note, personalized items may not be returned unless defective and all products are subject to price change and availability. We are not responsible for typographical or system errors.
Items noted as final sale or not-refundable, gift cards, and electronic gift cards are not eligible for exchange or return.
Refunds
